Greenwood Naturals All-Purpose, biodegradable hydrosol Lavender Countertop Cleaner (made by E0) – This is the only spray that I will use to clean the bathtub right before for the kids get in. It is effective, completely non-toxic and smells beautiful. I enjoy using it for everything. I know they say that vinegar is an almost perfect cleanser but I am repulsed by the scent. Despite my anonymous pleas, this shining cleaner is only produced as a fundraising effort for Greenwood School (All profits go to the tuition-assistance fund) and it is thus available only in limited locations. Though not as exciting as a latte, Soy Cream Cleaners do provide a highly effective, non-toxic, petrochemical-free way to scrub kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Bi-O-Kleen’s is particularly pleasing with its essence of lime scent.
EO Organic Hand Sanitizer – It stinks that I often feel torn between slathering smelly chemical-laden hand sanitizer on my kids digits and letting them suck on microbe-infested fingers. Finally EO has wiped the slate clean and honored our kids by creating a beautiful alternative – a natural lavender scented quick cleaner, available as a liquid or convenient packets of cloth singles.
